Last straight line for the prototypes

Last straight line for the prototypes

I have just launched the manufacture of the "final" electronic boards.

Here is the baby:

They will be there on May 28. It still shifts the calendar a little, but you have to see what my days look like. Between the return from Oléron and the appointments in Paris, I did 2000km this week. And this time, I didn't have electricity in the TGV, not even possible to take advantage of it to work 🙁 In any case, this weekend's paragliding will be well deserved!

What is very reassuring is that to make this map, all the decisions that remained had to be made. Like “this component or that one? » or « how do we connect the antenna? ". The kind of seemingly innocuous little details that make you lose three days.

Special mention: choose on which legs of the microprocessor to connect the various peripherals. Because not all of them can perform the same functions.

Phew, now all that is behind.

Next step: I'm waiting for the quote to see who will solder the components: me or a robot? It should be fixed Monday or Tuesday.

Like that as soon as I receive the cards, I assemble everything and hop to the post office.

We are preparing the next!

As soon as I have posted the first prototypes, we will move up a gear.

I will need 150 orders, between June and the end of July. (price = 199€) Start talking about it now in your club and around you!

Delivery will take place this winter. The time to set up the company, to have feedback on the prototypes, and to finalize this Pioupiou to make it a real industrial product, certified to standards, etc...

First time buyers will have a special discount. To be aware of the launch before everyone else, register your email on http://pioupiou.fr. (not necessary if you are already on the waiting list)

This article tells you about the birth of Piou Piou, the first 100% autonomous and affordable sensor to measure the wind live, even where there is no electricity or internet.
