– Either Pioupious that we have received in the last 2 weeks.

Being in Liège this week, I won't be able to finish them until I return next week. It will go quickly because the list of urgent work to be done has been considerably shortened.

If you have not yet sent your Pioupiou for repair, try to do so as soon as possible. And above all, before March 31st.

    but since December I had sent you an email saying that I was waiting to have received the 1st repaired one before sending the second one so as not to overload you, it might have been necessary to tell me at this time not to wait and to send it directly...
    anyway, I received an email on Monday asking me to confirm the delivery relay point, but since then no news, no package tracking, is there a way to know when it will arrive at the Colis relay?

    Like many clubs, we always have our Pioupiou out of his nest.
    Obviously we are worried about not seeing him come back with the good weather (for the 2nd year) and of course he misses us.
    With spontaneity and enthusiasm we have joined and financed this project for more than 2 years with Club finances (ie public money) and we should now be able to justify these expenses to our members.
    We are all aware of the progress made and the difficulty in solving the industrialization problems, for this we supported this project and waited a long time before the first flight of the Pioupiou.
    What a joy to see it arrive in July last summer and then quickly what a disappointment to have to lose it (from sight) a few days later when it was still not installed!!!
    For all these very understanding "imperfections" no one (apart from a few complainers) blames you, we have supported you (at least morally) in adversity.
    Like many "Pioupioutistes" note concern is legitimate and ns leave without info (some asked to keep an accessible list), without answer (no answer to our Emails), without sign (for example an inventory on this blog ..) for long weeks ended up making us lose patience!
    Can you please edit a table (which you should definitely have for product tracking) on ​​this blog with a repair status?
    Especially for all those who have not heard from their Pioupiou

    2. Staying without news is always a little worrying, but the pioupious are gradually coming back. About a week after the email on the relay point, mine came back. Besides, we can clearly see the number of pioupiou growing on the map. So be patient!

      I believe that one of the difficulties in this kind of project is to make people understand that they are not in the framework of the market economy but in an experimental and participatory project where the participant shares the risk with the 'entrepreneur. Yes, there is the risk of failure or delay, but if it works everyone wins! Both with a beacon at modest cost but also with a network of beacons unprecedented in its density which provides a lot of information. This is a project that would not have interested traditional finance, this is where "crowdfunding" has its interest: we are the bankers!

    3. I get way too many emails. Impossible to answer them all. I have also temporarily blocked new orders to lighten the workload.

      We send back Pioupious every day. The map expands. The plan is to have everything finished before the actual move.

      When you ask me for information about a particular Pioupiou, it's hard to answer. For example, your Pioupiou may be almost finished assembling. So I'm going to tell you "ready this week". Except that a few days later, after assembly, the test will reveal an anomaly. We will therefore put it aside, in the lot of Pioupious "to be checked": + 1 additional week. Except that after checking, we will realize that it will be necessary to change a part that I no longer have in stock: + 1 month… This is an exaggerated example, but which illustrates how difficult it is to predict. In any case, it is an exercise that I do not know how to do. Also, most of the time I'm overly optimistic when I give a deadline, and then I get yelled at "you promised us this week / you told us the same thing X weeks ago". So now, I don't promise anything anymore. I do, and I send when it's ready.

      At the same time, I take care of the steps for Pioupiou's move to the Faktory, which will give us the means to have better after-sales service. But in the short term, between repairs, ongoing manufacturing, moving and administration and the rest I work practically 7 days a week. I can not do any more.
