hello french fries
Bye bye, France. So here I am Belgian since this weekend.
I left to join The Factors, where Pioupiou found a new flight.
It was a big logistics. It even took a 33 ton to move both the house and the office.
In any case, the "north" has not betrayed its reputation. We were greeted by rain…and even a little snow.
Current orders and after-sales service
The move obviously does not call into question the orders in progress, or the after-sales service.
I had anticipated the move and I am already working with local Belgian suppliers for the current manufacturing.
For the Pioupious who were being repaired in Grenoble, they are finished and sent back. I have a few devices left for which I cannot reach the owners. These last Pioupious therefore moved with me to Belgium, while waiting for someone to contact me to claim them.
As for after-sales service in Belgium, I will need at least two good weeks before being operational again. So no need to rush.
The good news is that I've already got a new colleague for
help me with daily tasks. This should in particular facilitate the management
email support.

Welcome to the Belgians, I can correct that there is a big blue sun on cork since this morning due to the presence of Nicolas.
Will the Pioupious be delivered with a box of chocolates?
CPT
😉
I can't wait to see it in my mailbox!!!
with the fryer integrated into the worktop in the kitchen, it will fuel!
Hello,
Can you please inform me of the status of the order #ADF5LJA, paid on 28/10/2015?
Thank you in advance,
Best regards,
PS: I want to change the delivery address.
Requests concerning technical support and order tracking for Pioupiou should be sent by email to support@piupiou.fr
I understand, but understand that I have already tried…
Mr Baldeck,
Is it possible to obtain a cancellation of my order as well as a refund?
No problem. But in all cases, you must contact us by email at support@piupiou.fr
Sir,
I just received your refund.
Thank you for your diligence.
Best regard.
We have problems with 2 pioupious which no longer give the real directions (blocked for one, the 248 in the South and for the other, the 247 in the West), even though they are not blocked mechanically?!?!
Has anyone else had this problem???
When switching on the product, the compass must be calibrated. Did you?
See the procedure on page 9 of the manual: http://pioupiou.fr/pioupiou_user-manual_fr_v1.pdf
For the rest, requests concerning technical support and order tracking for Pioupiou must be sent by email to support@piupiou.fr
Yes, we already have the problem, solved with a complete reset:
1/ by stopping the pioupiou either:
- by switching off via the soft procedure: long press, etc.
-Better, in my opinion, by unplugging the battery for a minute
Then,
2/ By restarting it and making it rotate well on its vertical axis ("3 turns at least") at startup to calibrate the internal electronic compass.
And it starts again (for several months without pb for us, 222)
Still no peep on the horizon, it's already been 8
Month it is ordered
I informed you of the difficulties (now over) and the delay caused, by offering you a refund if these deadlines were not compatible with your project.
Hello everybody
For those who are waiting for an order, do you have any news???
Have there been any deliveries?
do you have any answers in return for a request on support@piupiou.fr?
We nothing. We reach the upper limit of promises in 15 days. Would there be new problems?
You have changed your email address, and therefore did not receive the (good) news that I sent you yesterday. I just forwarded the message to your new address.
Hello Nicolas
Can I have the address of THE FAKTORY to send our broken down Pioupiou 148?

Hello,
my PC refuses to display the 10 comments on the last thread ("La carte s'étoffe"). Is this only the case for me?
I take this opportunity to indicate that the newborn 507 has just made its nest in Cap Corse where, good surprise, SigFox covers :).
No it does to me too
Ah great for the Cap Corse I have 3 to install
I have just looked at the Map it is on the W part of the cape there is a good chance for the coverage was already existing you have an opening on the Gulf of St Florent what you should know is if the eastern part of the cape is covered until a little no, wind level there we will be able to know what pioupiou has in the belly
indeed, the Cap Corse will allow next winter to know how Pioupiou behaves in gusts above 130km/h!
I plan to install a pioupiou us from Luri a paragliding site is planned to open there
my 3 pioupiou came back the repair this time was quick hoping that there will be no more Pb because installing them requires a whole logistics
something else where is the new meteoparagliding page
Hello,
has anyone had the intention of setting up a Pioupiou forum where we could discuss elsewhere than on this abandoned blog?
