I'm starting to think we're almost there.

Our Pioupiou is starting to look like something:

Well, it's true that for now, it's still a little too pink and a little too cubic.

But − champagne!! − it is finally reconciled with the laws of physics.

In short: We have an extremely simple and (normally) robust mechanism, large enough to be sensitive to the wind while remaining compact and perfectly balanced.

There are only a few details left to adjust, such as the shape of the body and the solar panel or the size of the vertical axis. But overall, it's won.

In any case, this Pioupiou there works well. As much with 3km/h of wind asby car at 90 km/h. All that remains is to dress it up to make it elegant.

While the 3D printer took hours to print stuff in 3D, we took the opportunity to progress a little on the hidden part of the Pioupiou:

No big challenge on that side, because it's quite similar to what we had on the Pioupiou version 0.

We added a second solar panel, a louder beep-beep when pressing the button (and to make the anti-theft alarm), the possibility of a GPS chip, and above all: new magnetoresistive sensors to measure wind speed and direction.

We also took care of making the map that will serve as a queue. It's ordered. I will receive some copies within a week:

It remains to fine tune the antenna part. I'm not very worried.
